Two-Acre Site Acquired, Bootle
We’ve completed on a two-acre site in Bootle, with plans to develop a multi-unit storage facility on the plot.
The scheme builds directly on what we’ve established at Cherry Lane, where our Liverpool Storage site currently operates seven business units alongside container storage. Demand there has been consistent, and a two-acre plot gives us the room to deliver that offering at a considerably larger scale.
Bootle is a natural fit. The site sits close to the Port of Liverpool and the northern dock estate, in an area where demand for practical, well-connected commercial space continues to outpace supply — and where we already hold sites on St Johns Road, Derby Road and Oxford Avenue.
We’re targeting Q1 2027 for the facility to be operational.
We’ll be posting progress updates on this site each month, from groundworks through to completion.
Bootle
2 Acres
- 2 Acre Plot
- Multi-Unit Storage Facility
- Container & Business Units
- Bootle Industrial Estate
- Target Opening Q1 2027
The plot as it stands today: two acres of undeveloped ground on the edge of Bootle’s industrial estate, with the city skyline visible beyond it.
Groundworks and clearance come first, followed by the unit build itself.
We’ll be documenting each stage here, so this photograph is effectively the starting point — worth returning to once the site is operational.
The scale is what makes this project different from Cherry Lane.
Two acres allows for a considerably larger facility than anything we currently operate, with room for both container storage and larger business units on a single site.
We’re targeting Q1 2027 for the facility to be operational, with
progress updates posted here each month from groundworks through to completion.
